Order Approval & Account Activation
• When payment is made via credit card, your account will be automatically activated within a few minutes after payment confirmation.
• For payments made via bank transfer or EFT, you must submit a payment notification through your client panel.
• After your payment notification is received, payments are processed within 30 minutes during working hours. Outside working hours, payments will be processed on the next business day after the necessary checks are completed.
• Your account will be activated once your payment information has been processed successfully.
• Orders that remain unpaid for 7 days will be automatically canceled by the system.
Our Campaigns
• İLGİ NET guarantees that the promotional prices offered to customers within campaigns will remain unchanged for at least one year.
• Promotional product or package prices will be revised according to the current pricing after one year.
Refund Policy
• Customer satisfaction is our top priority. All products and services sold by our company are covered by an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee in case of dissatisfaction.
• If you contact us within 5 days after purchase through your client panel with a message explaining your reason, your request will be reviewed accordingly.
• After the evaluation process, the full amount paid will be refunded if your request is found to be valid.
• All feedback from our customers is valuable to us in order to improve our services and provide a better customer experience.
• No refund will be issued in cases of violation of the İLGİ NET Terms of Service.
• Refunds are not available for domain name registrations, SSL certificates, dedicated IP addresses, live support modules, installation services, promotional gifts included with campaign products, antivirus and security software, and Parallels products.
Prohibited Website Content & Software
• The use of unlicensed software or software with expired trial periods is strictly prohibited.
• Publishing any written, visual, or audio content that violates the laws of the Republic of Türkiye is strictly forbidden.
• The use of spam-sending software or bulk mailing applications is not permitted.
• The use or distribution of viruses and malicious software is strictly prohibited.
• All forms of illegal or unethical pornographic content are prohibited.
• The sharing or publishing of digital materials such as MP3s, DivX files, warez, movies, music, or images without proper distribution rights or licenses is strictly prohibited.
Account Suspension & Termination Conditions
• Users who fail to comply with the rules regarding website content and software usage will first receive a warning via e-mail or phone.
• If the issue is not resolved within 24 hours after the initial warning, the account will be terminated and the related content will be permanently removed from our servers.
• İLGİ NET reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or delete the accounts of users who violate the rules stated in its Terms of Service and policies.
Customer Agreements & Billing
• A copy of the service agreement and the invoice for the first month’s payment will be sent to new customers via e-mail within 3 business days.
• In the following months, a new invoice will be generated after payment and delivered to the customer within 3 business days.
Domain Registration & Renewal
• When a domain name is registered through İLGİ NET, customers will receive reminder e-mails 90, 60, 30, 7, and 1 day before the domain expiration date.
• Customers will be notified as the domain renewal date approaches.
• Domain registration and renewal fees are updated and published on the İlgiHost domain page.
Hosting Account Renewal
• Hosting accounts are automatically renewed unless a cancellation request is submitted by the customer within the active billing period.
• Accounts using manual payment methods will be suspended 7 days after the due date if payment is not received. If payment is not completed within 1 month, the related account and data will be permanently deleted from the servers.
Ready-Made & Custom Software
• İLGİ NET provides free installation support for third-party open-source software supplied by Fantastico and Parallels Plesk across all hosting services.
Customer Support Terms & Agreement
• İLGİ NET commits to responding to all customer questions, issues, and requests within 30 minutes during working hours and within 8 hours outside working hours.
• Working hours and support methods are specified at the end of this page.
Technical Responsibilities
• The latest stable versions of the operating systems and third-party software used on our servers are installed and maintained.
• Server network security and traffic are monitored continuously in real time.
Server Maintenance & Notifications
• If maintenance, migration, or hardware upgrades are required on servers operated by İLGİ NET, customers will be notified about the scheduled interruption 1 week, 3 days, and 1 day in advance.
• Such interruptions will not exceed a total of 24 hours per year and, unless absolutely necessary, will not be performed during business hours.
Legal Responsibilities
• Access providers are required to keep their identification information available and up to date on their internet platforms in accordance with the procedures and principles defined by applicable regulations.
• Hosting providers are not obligated to monitor hosted content or investigate whether any activity is unlawful.
• However, upon notification in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the applicable law, hosting providers are obligated to remove unlawful content from publication to the extent technically possible, while criminal liability provisions remain reserved.
Data Retention
• Traffic information related to incoming and outgoing connections on Web, FTP, and SMTP servers is retained for six months. Integrity values (hash records) are stored together with timestamps to ensure data integrity and confidentiality. These records include source IP address, destination IP address, requested URL, date and time, and command details (HTTP GET/POST).
Anti-Spam
• İLGİ NET continuously follows the latest anti-spam methods and software technologies. Our mail servers operate with up-to-date spam protection systems to filter spam e-mails as effectively as possible and ensure reliable e-mail service for users.
Anti-Virus
• Our servers are equipped with up-to-date anti-virus software. Viruses are cleaned and preventive protection is provided whenever technically possible.
Backup Services
Weekly & Monthly Backups
• Due to the disk system used by İLGİ NET, automatic backups are not provided. Backup responsibility belongs to the customer, and manual backups can be performed at any time desired.
• To protect against data loss, customers may purchase weekly or monthly paid backup services upon request.
Data Center & Server Infrastructure
• İLGİ NET servers and the data center infrastructure are located in Germany.
• All server hardware and devices used by İLGİ NET are company-owned property.
• No rented or second-hand equipment is used by İLGİ NET.
